Who we are
The MPP Association is a European industry association dedicated to enhancing synergies between the pharma, medtech and tech sectors to develop and improve access to health technologies. Our association provides industry actors with the opportunity to exchange knowledge and collaborate in technology and regulatory areas, and to make themselves heard at the European level.
The MPP represents companies combining health technologies such as medicinal product, medical devices or in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) and digital technologies for a medical purpose.
The MPP Association is a recognized stakeholder by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and engages with regulators, national competent authorities, notified bodies and key stakeholders.
The Medtech & Pharma Platform is a not-for-profit association in accordance with Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code. The MPP Association is registered in the EU Transparency register, ID 234427831877-10.
Objectives
The combined use of health technologies is the future of healthcare, bringing together the best of medicinal products, medical devices and IVDs, and digital health innovation. It supports:
